Huntington Learning Center has been a leader in the education service industry since 1977. We offer individualized tutoring to students of all ages in Reading, Writing, Math, Science, Study Skills, and Test Prep for high school entrance exams, SAT/ACT, ASVAB, and GED.

Your typical day at Huntington will include:

Greeting and making a personal connection with each of your students.
Doing what you love: TEACHING, without all the take-home work of a traditional classroom
LESSON PLANNING OR TAKE-HOME WORK. All you do is TEACH!
Make materials accessible and relevant to students of many backgrounds and interest levels.
Helping students set and achieve realistic goals.
Giving students tools that will help them succeed, not only in a particular setting but throughout their lives.
Collaborating with full-time staff to meet the needs of each student.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's or master's degree.
A teacher's certification.

The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of students.
